Seeking an active and personable experienced Sous Chef to join a busy charter/private program ASAP in South FL. 

Female only due to cabin arrangements.
Open to Stew/Cook candidates as well as Stewardess with prior cooking experience looking to transition into the galley.

International crew of 15.

Cooking for crew and assisting Head Chef as needed with guest meal prep. Fantastic male Head Chef on board; charasmatic and highly knowledgable with excellent charter experience. An incredible opportunity to learn and grow. 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience on a similar size program, an excellent attitude with a calm, friendly demeanor, and the desire to commit long term.

Preference for crew within the US or nearby. Not open to crew farther afield (SA/NZ/AU). Must have B1B2 in hand.

Excellent crew dynamic and terrific Captain on board; program is professional but not pedantic. 

Heavy owner usage for the coming months as they are keen to use their newly purchased vessel

Current itinerary: Bahamas/Caribbean; will be open for charter toward the end of the year and most likely crossing to the Med in 2021. 

$5000-5500/month plus full medical and standard leave
