Seeking a culinary trained and charter savvy Chef for an active 44m private/charter program in South FL.

No Primadonnas. 

Female only due to cabin arrangements. 

Preference given to local and nearby candidates; those flying in will be tested for COVID on arrival. Not open to candidates farther afield (SA/AU/NZ).

Excellent Captain on board with a successful track record of crew retention; boat has just sold to a new owner who is very pro-crew and is looking for longevity with his incoming crew.

Argentinian owner who enjoys meat dishes and loves Italian, along with a variety of worldwide cuisine; a true foodie who also enjoys giving the Chef the night off and cooking for himself in the galley from time to time.

International crew of 9.

Upcoming itinerary is South FL/Bahamas/Caribbean

Will be regular owner use through the end of the year and the program will charter beginning in 2021.

When docked in Miami between trips, or if owner stays on board for a longer stretch when the boat is in Miami, the program will adjust accordingly and crew will have the option to stay on or off the boat. Owner and Captain are in agreement about crew maintaining a healthy work life balance to promote happiness and longevity.

Salary range $7-9000 +/- DOE; full medical and standard leave
