Seeking a culinary trained A+ Chef with Michelin training and eye-popping flair (especially with elaborate desserts), to join the vessel in South of France in July - no rush or specified start date as this is all about finding the ideal candidate. 

Male only, due to cabin arrangements - ideally those already located in France, to meet and see the boat in person. 

Clear communication required - no heavy accents.

Indian and American cuisine are favored by the owners. 

Chef will not be responsible for crew meals while owner are on board, and there is a Third Stew/Galley hand who will assist with owner food as needed. 

Nothing for the owners' cuisine must be store bought, apart from fresh local breads/pastries. 

Vessel runs to a charter standard with owners on board, and will be heavy charter next year with light owner usage. 

Med based. Schengen required.

Salary: 5-7000 Euros
