Marcy Williams grew up in Montreal, Canada and moved to Florida in 1978. She started her career in yachting as a stewardess on M/Y Princess Del Mar, a 105' Broward, where she remained for the next 3 years. In 1992 Marcy joined Bob Saxon Associates, where she was able to spend the next 5 years learning about the different aspects of the yacht service industry.
Although Marcy ventured into real estate where she built a strong following of clients, she still participated in the local boat shows and attended the educational seminars in order to stay close to the business she loves. Marcy joined Merrill-Stevens Crew placement where she continued her talent for reaching out and communicating with Captains and crew . Marcy joined the Northrop and Johnson Crew Placement team in April 2008 with much excitement to continue her passion of placing crew with their dream yacht.
Jacey Stornetta :: Crew Services Associate

Northrop & Johnson Crew Services Associate Jacey Stornetta is a Northern California native; she grew up with a deep-seated love of the water and outdoor adventure. While attending California State University Chico, Jacey ran her own floral design and events business, Bella Fiori. Her longstanding passion for travel resonated when she studied in Italy and traveled through Europe.
After graduating with a degree in business marketing, Jacey backpacked through Australia for three months. She eventually landed back in California where she began working as a Napa Valley Wine Representative; she worked in this position for several years. During a holiday with friends in the Virgin Islands, Jacey decided it was time for a change. She moved to St. Thomas and subsequently fell in love with the yachting industry.
Jacey enjoyed a seven-year career as crew aboard yachts. Her charismatic and positive nature, coupled with her appreciation of teamwork, kept her in demand. She held various roles, including chef and chief stew, in both permanent and freelance positions. This experience uniquely qualifies Jacey to understand the needs of captains and crew, and to match them with candidates who will thrive aboard the yacht and add to a happy and successful team. Jaceyâ€™s yachting history and industry insight will play integral roles in her position at Northrop & Johnson Crew Services Associate. She will be based in the Fort Lauderdale office.
Lucie Fox :: Crew Services Associate

Northrop & Johnson Crew Services Associate Lucie Fox is originally from the UK. After receiving her associates of arts degree,
she began her career in a talent agency. From there, she worked as an executive assistant for various companies before leaving to pursue a career on the
water as a crewmember on yachts. From 2005 to 2007, Lucie worked as a deckhand and dive instructor on luxury yachts in Southeast Asia.
Lucie then moved ashore and began work as an estate manager for ultra high net worth individuals in the South of France. Lucie's love of the yachting industry drew her back and she then moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to work as a crew consultant for The Crew Network where she provided crew recruitment and placement services to commercially registered and private yachts.
Lucie's extensive yachting industry knowledge, garnered from working on yachts and on land, as well as her experience working with ultra high net worth individuals in addition to her comprehensive skills acquired as her time as an executive assistant ensure she is an asset to the Northrop & Johnson team. Her sunny disposition and impressive interpersonal skills allow her to find the ideal crew candidates for yachts. Lucie is based in the Fort Lauderdale office.
